Refund Policy

Our priority is to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide if the item is right for you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at info@ourbeautifulfeet.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue at info@ourbeautifulfeet.com and work with you to make it right.

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without justification. The item must still be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it has, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
