High Heels Pain Help

Wearing high heels causes a persistent engagement of the calf muscle, which tenses up when standing on your toes. This added stress on the calf muscle can cause muscle fibers to shorten and the Achilles tendon to become stiff and more susceptible to injury.

Still, many women refuse to give up their high heels: A survey conducted by the American Podiatric Medical Association showed some 42% of women admitted they'd wear a shoe they liked even if it gave them discomfort; 73% admitted already having a shoe-related foot issue.

So what's the answer? Doctors say if you want wear them it's a good idea to invest in silicone pads. They look like flattened gummy bears, but they do a super job of shock absorption, says Morin. "It's like replacing the fat padding you lost."
Our high heels silicon pads are designed to do just that. They not only relive the pain caused when wearing high heals but also extend the time you can wear them and still enjoy a night out.
